I’m lucky to have invested in a few of the greatest SaaS firms over time, often from first-time founders. My first 5 investments had been:
Pipedrive, co-led seed, acquired for $1.5 Billion
Algolia, led Seed-2, value $2.2B at $200m+ ARR right now
Talkdesk, first VC, value $10B right now
Parklet/Greenhouse, acquired for $800M
Salesloft, acquired by Vista for $2.5B
Since then, there have been some ups and downs as there at all times are, however I’m happy with the following wave. YCombinator lately named its High Corporations for 2023 and it included 3 SaaStr Fund investments:
Algolia
RevenueCat (the place we had been the very first investor)
TreasuryPrime (which received began in our workplaces)
I’m proud to have led or co-led seed and/or late seed rounds in all of them.
